Rules of Play
- Alternate Break. Rack your own. Race to 9.
- If you scratch on the break it is ball in hand anywhere on the table.
- If you make the 9 ball on the break it is not a win if you make it in the Racking Corners. Anywhere else is a win.
- A legal shot is where the object ball is hit first and the cue ball or another ball hits a rail.
- THE RACK: The 1 ball must be at the Front of the rack and the 9 ball in the center of the rack and the 2 ball at the back of the rack.
- LEGAL BREAK SHOT
- For the break shot to be legal, the breaker (with the complete cue ball placed anywhere behind the head string) must either pocket an object ball or drive at least three (3) object balls to one or more rails. If the breaker fails to make the legal break requirement, the balls will be re-racked and the opponent shall have the option of breaking, or requesting the offending player to break again.
- Push out after the break: 1- You must call a push out. 2- After the push out the incoming player has the option to play the shot or return the shot.
- The 3 foul rule is in effect. (3 consecutive fouls is a loss of the game.
- If you think it is going to be a close hit call someone that both players agree on to watch the hit. If nobody watches the hit and the two players cannot agree then the call goes to the shooter.
- Cue ball fouls only. Exception is if you move a ball and the cue ball or another ball would have impacted that ball or if it crosses the path of a moving ball it is a foul. If a ball is moved and not a foul it is up to your opponent whether to move the ball back as close as possible to its original spot.
- Any ball off the table is a foul and that ball is pocketed and its ball in hand for your opponent.
- Any other issues will be handled as best as possible when they occur.
